Just a quick reminder that The Silver State Regional Chili Cookoff will be coming up on March 7 2015 in Pahrump Nevada.  Or as we say in Las Vegas over the hump to Pahrump.  There will be more information to follow next year.

I’d like to wish all of the chili heads a winning good chili pot new year.
